1. Registration
- Some services require creating an account. You must provide your full name, address
(including country), phone number, email, and any additional information required by the
company.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
The company is not liable for any actions performed under your login credentials.
- Any dispute related to this website shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab
Emirates.
- The UAE is the company’s principal place of business.
2. Purchases Through the Website
- To confirm your ticket purchase, your order must be properly received and recorded with
all required details.
- If you receive any system error or incorrect order content notification, contact customer
support immediately at +96599523956.
- Payment details submitted on the website are securely transmitted to the payment
provider.
- Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records and policies.
- Additional information such as a passport copy may be required.
- After submitting your order, it cannot be modified except as stated in “Order Cancellation.”
- You will receive an email confirmation once payment is verified.
3. Pricing Policy
- The applicable price is the one displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
- The company may change prices or services at any time without notice.
- Ticket prices may exceed the printed price due to supply, demand, procurement, and
service costs.
- Prices listed are per ticket.
- Payments are accepted only via valid Visa/Mastercard or bank transfer.
- If payment authorization fails, the order is automatically cancelled.
- Price changes do not apply to previously completed orders.
4. Cancelled or Postponed Events
- If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by organizers, tickets are transferred to the new
date with no refunds.
- Customers may transfer their tickets to another person. The company is not responsible
for any seat or category changes imposed by organizers.
- Upon customer cancellation, the company may attempt to resell the ticket without
guaranteeing success.
5. Ticket Delivery
- You must provide accurate delivery information and notify the company of changes at
least one week prior to the event.
- If club regulations restrict delivery, tickets must be collected from the stadium or pickup
location.
- Tickets delivered through third-party couriers are subject to their terms. The company is
not liable for delays, loss, or damage.
- If the ticket is returned due to non-receipt, the customer forfeits delivery rights and must
cover all costs.
- Delivery methods may be adjusted by the company without liability.
- TathakerQ8 guarantees safe delivery before match day or on the morning of the event.
- Away fans’ tickets are usually delivered on match day 1–2 hours before kickoff.
- Delivery stops once the match begins; no refunds apply afterward.
- E-tickets will be sent via WhatsApp or email and must be printed before attending.
- The company will not provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
- Customers may be required to collect tickets from a designated point the day before or on
match day.
- In rare situations, tickets may be issued with non-adjacent seats. This shall be considered a valid and complete fulfillment of the order and does not consitute a breach of contract nor entitle the customer to any refund or compensation.
- If requested tickets cannot be provided, the customer receives a full refund plus
complimentary alternative tickets selected by the company.
- If lower-category tickets are issued due to exceptional circumstances, 20% of the fee is
refunded.
- Membership card tickets must be returned after the match; failure to return results in a
$100 fee.
6. Amendments
- Terms may be updated periodically and become effective upon publication.
